Start Here, Honey.

You've spent a whole lot of your life being everything to everybody. But somewhere along the way, did you forget about you?

Maybe you're the dependable one. The strong one. The woman everybody calls when something goes wrong.

And maybe you're pretty darn good at it, too.

But can I ask you something?

When did being needed start feeling like the same thing as being worthy?

What If We've Been Believing the Wrong Story?

I ask because I've spent a whole lot of years figuring that one out myself.

For the longest time, I thought my ability to handle things was just part of who I was. And some of it is! I like being capable. I like helping people. I like knowing I can figure things out.

But somewhere along the way, I started believing that what I did for people had something to do with what I was worth.

And honey, those are two very different things.

Maybe nobody ever actually told you that you had to earn love.

Maybe you just noticed that being helpful brought praise. Being strong made people proud. Being accommodating kept everybody happy.

And without even realizing it, you started connecting the dots.

If I'm needed, I matter.

If everybody's happy, I'm doing something right.

If I can just do a little more, maybe I'll finally feel like enough.

Sound familiar?

You Don't Have to Stop Being You.

Here's something I want you to understand.

I'm not here to tell you to quit helping people, stop caring, or suddenly become somebody who says no to everything.

Good grief. If it were that simple, we'd have figured it out years ago!

And I'm certainly not here to convince you that everybody who raised you or loved you somehow got it wrong.

Sometimes people give us the very best love they know how to give. And sometimes, without anybody intending it, we walk away believing things about ourselves that simply aren't true.

We can appreciate where we came from and still question what we learned along the way.

Because the goal isn't to stop being loving, generous, or dependable.

It's to stop believing those things are the price of being worthy.

So let me ask you something.

What would your life look like if you truly believed you were already enough?

Pull Up a Chair, Honey!

You don't have to have it all figured out to be here.

We're going to talk about the things we've believed, the stories we've told ourselves, and how those stories have shaped the way we live.

Some conversations might make you laugh. Some might make you think. And a few might make you say, "Well, I didn't need to hear THAT today!" 😂

But through it all, I hope you'll discover something I've spent a lifetime learning.

You were never supposed to earn your worth. You already had it.

So come on in. We've got some reflecting to do.

It's Your Time Now. Go On Then! ♡

It's Your Time Now.

You don't have to earn your worth, prove your value, or be everything to everybody.

Honey, you were always enough.

Go On Then! ♡
