🎙️ Mama, Sit Down! — A New Podcast for Moms Who’ve Carried Too Much for Too Long

For years, I believed being a “good mom” meant fixing, carrying, and rescuing—no matter how old my children were. I thought my worth was tied to how much I could handle, how much I gave, and how often I said yes when my heart (and body) were begging me to rest.
If you can relate, friend, you’re exactly who I made this podcast for.
I’m so excited to officially announce the launch of my new podcast, Mama, Sit Down! 🎉
This show is for the over-accommodating moms of adult children — the ones who’ve spent decades putting everyone else first and are finally realizing:
“Maybe God didn’t call me to carry all this.”
Each week, I’ll pull up a chair, pour a little grace, and share what I’ve learned through faith, failure, and freedom. We’ll talk about boundaries, guilt, and what it really means to “let go and let God.” You’ll laugh, maybe cry, but most importantly—you’ll know you’re not alone.
Because here’s the truth: letting go doesn’t mean giving up on your kids. It means trusting God enough to stop doing His job for Him.
💬 What You Can Expect
In Mama, Sit Down! you’ll hear real conversations about:
Setting healthy boundaries with adult children
Breaking free from guilt and over-responsibility
Learning to rest in your role as a mom instead of constantly rescuing
Faith-based encouragement for those “I can’t do this anymore” moments
Each episode is honest, heartfelt, and rooted in faith—with a little humor (and Southern sass) mixed in.
🎧 Listen Now
You can listen to Mama, Sit Down! on:
If you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, maybe it’s time to hear this one phrase:
“Mama, sit down.”
You’ve done your part. Now it’s time to breathe, rest, and let God remind you who you are—apart from everything you do.
It’s your time now. 💛
